ATTENTION!!! Do not sign any kind of contract with these people. They are NOT trustworthy and you will have big problems with termination!!!
A pleasant experience, good service. Thank you 🙏🏽
Absolute crooks. They made an additional account at an address that I do not live at (that of my rental agent which was on the piece of paper given by the Stadt which proves my residence in Bayreuth), and charged me for it, and refused to close the account. After months of asking for the paperwork to close the account I finally threatened to call the police, got legal advice, and then had to take a German speaking friend who yelled at them. The issue still isn’t resolved. They will try to make their commission any which way they can. Don’t trust them.
I see the response from the store, but as of now, 10 months after they made the false account, Vodafone still has not returned my money. It is all very well to respond to the review here, but it took 6 months to give me a paper I had been requesting, and even then that only happened because I brought a German speaking friend.
It wasn’t just one unfortunate experience. I have wasted literally weeks talk to people about how to fix my SCHUFA score- which has been affected by the incompetence of people in this store. The work to undo your inept paperwork, and all those hours were put in by me. Talking to lawyers, to Vodafone, to the Verbraucherschutzbehörde. So you are not in a position to write this off as just one experience. I have spoken to other people. Everyone has a hard time dealing with Vodafone franchises. I am just additionally unlucky but people who are coming new to the town should know that if they aren’t very careful they will find themselves with months of additional paperwork.
Love the guy who is here everyday from 10-19 💓
Thanks a lot 🌹
