Khudoyan was quick to help me with getting a prepaid plan figured out after my ideal plan was not working. I was in and out in 15 minutes and he made sure everything was working before I left!
Very unhappy with the service I received at this store. I recently visited to resolve an issue with my account, which had been blocked after entering an incorrect password three times.
When I first went to the store, I was advised by a staff member to bring in my contract the next day, as they were closing soon and my account should be blocked for 24h only, and he assured me that he would assist in retrieving the customer password from the contract. Following his instructions, I returned the next day with all required documents, only to be informed by a different representative that I needed to fill out a form and contact customer service myself and she never dealt with that (the girl spoke nicely).
When I mentioned that I had been advised otherwise, she asked the original staff member, who then claimed he never offered to help and that I should have reached out to customer service directly. This contradictory guidance and the dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Not only did I waste time returning to the store, but I was also let down by the unprofessional and inconsistent information provided.
Due to this experience, I have decided to terminate my contract with Vodafone asap and consider a competitor. I expect better coordination and customer assistance from a reputable provider and hope you will address this internally to prevent similar situations for other customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
S. Joshi is a really good representative of Vodafone. He was amazing and very helpful to me. Excellent treatment. Overall 5 stars indeed
I have been positively interacting with the staff for several years now. As a long time customer who joined during the Mannesmann Arcor phase in 1998, I know that I have very high expectations, and sometimes they are not easy to meet. It means all the more that a staff member, Mr.Gruber not only provided very detailed information on site but also went out of his way to help me out with a configuration challenge. He never mentioned that he was making an exception by providing this much – required service, he just went ahead and did it. A few decades ago I provided audits regarding service quality in the industry, so I am able to differentiate between satisfactory, very good and exceptional professional service. This one was exceptional. I highly recommend this store, if you are new in town and have many questions, or if you are looking for consistent professional services.
Vodafone is an absolutely not-customer oriented provider.
The only communication they accept are physical letters, still in 2024. What a speed!
No replies to the online contact forms, no useful phone support – they just mock you while eating loudly on the call with you.
Also, the company breaks the law on the special right of cancellation of the internet contract due to moving in and marriage.
It’s interesting to find out that the support in physical shops confirms this and say that Vodafone Customer service constantly breaks this special law. No wonder you cannot cancel your internet contract physically in the shops.
I do not recommend the internet from them.
