I feel I experienced discriminative treatment here. I waited about 15 mins to let the shop assistant finish with another customer. Then he asked me if I speak English or German. I said English .Then he asked me stay away from the counter and not allowed to wait here.I said ok I’ll leave . Then no apology or anything after I left . terrible experience.
Small shop dealing with Vodafone, but crucially the owner takes Passport photos, 6 for €10 which is cheaper than most of the surrounding shops that are also providing passport photos. It was fine, my primitive German and the shop owner’s primitive English were perfectly suited to each other….
Der Mann war unhöflich, unfreundlich.
The Service/ The Man ( blonde hair) is really bad. Don’t respect the customer.Never come back again. -1 star for him.
I am very satisfied with the service, the fellow here is helpful and very friendly, my problem is solved very quickly. I’d definitely recommend here
The whole organization is a mess. Notification and the ground team don’t co ordinate properly. Even though they share the name with vodafone but if you got your contract online then they aren’t even interested.
