Scammers with FAKE 5 STAR reviews !!
This shop scams people and are discriminatory towards foreigners. Most of their 5 star ratings are with fake accounts. Be careful, do not take service from this shop.
SCAMMERS !! ALERT !!
In August, 2019, I took a Vodafone Mobile Contract from the same Vodafone shop where I took my internet contract.
when I went to take the Mobile Contract, the representative there tried to sell me a fake offer.
Since it was August 2019, and almost 3 – 4 months left for completion of one year of my internet contract, the representative offered me to “cancel my existing contract”. And, He will provide me a new internet contract (two year contract )with same benefits ( no charge for first five months).
He asked me to call the customer care and ask for cancellation. And to take the cancellation letter to the Vodafone Shop and they will make me a new two year contract.
I inquired at the Vodafone customer care and at other Vodafone Shops, they said these kind of offers doesnt exist.
I went to the shop again and told that I spoke to customer care about it. They really showed arrogant attitude. I was speaking to the owner of the shop and he doesnt look at me or even respond to me. Is it just because I am a foreigner ? Really, the owner’s attitude was quite discriminatory.
Cheating. Not at all recommended. I have taken a new sim card and they changed my existing internet contract without telling anything which cancelled my 6months free internet offer. Arrogantly they keep saying that they are not able to see my data. I was told to call Vodafone Hotline. They are not taking responsibility for their mistakes and just making customers face it. Highly unprofessional.
Was sold a wifi contract and assured that the signal was amazing in our area and our allowance was more than enough to last the month. Allowance didn’t last 2 hours and our signal was really bad. Asked to extend our allowance at the price of €5 extra. Was told it was no problem but once I signed the contract it became apparent that they’d created an entire new contract and I would be paying over €70 per month for minimal wifi. Not possible to cancel any contract. Called Vodafone for help and was told to “live with it”.
Legal action will follow.
Don’t use Vodafone.
