Puschy salesman came to my door telling me I had to sign a new contract for Cable from DSL. Total lie – then they make it extremly hard to cancle their lies. Terrible company. I will be cancelling all my contracts with them asap.
Vodafone is an absolutely not-customer oriented provider.
The only communication they accept are physical letters, still in 2024. What a speed!
No replies to the online contact forms, no useful phone support – they just mock you while eating loudly on the call with you.
Also, the company breaks the law on the special right of cancellation of the internet contract due to moving in and marriage.
It’s interesting to find out that the support in physical shops confirms this and say that Vodafone Customer service constantly breaks this special law. No wonder you cannot cancel your internet contract physically in the shops.
I do not recommend the internet from them, instead hire a lawyer and request your rights official way.
I would give -infinity if I had the choice. They come to your home, lie to you to sign a contract that you can never get out of. I don’t know if they are misinformed or they are trained to lie. All they care about is looting your pocket at the end of the month for your money. In this modern world? You don’t see o2 going round in people’s homes looking for customers cuz they sell themselves. That’s good marketing right there but everyone I know basically has problem with Vodafone. Never again. I’ll count my months at a time and throw a party when my fraudulent contract is over. That’s why your shops are always empty and the employees at the shops are clueless. They can’t help u. I will never ever recommend Vodafone to anyone. Oh sorry, they already know its a big giant fraud
Vodafone is the worse company you can ever sign contract with…
Warning: I reported a problem by telephone. I then received an email asking me to confirm otherwise my request would not be processed. It wasn’t clear that Vodafone wanted to force a new contract on me. So conscious deception. Cunning approach. Just don’t confirm anything
