I’ve had an extremely poor experience with this provider. For the past 2–3 weeks, my internet connection drops every single day between 11 AM and noon, often lasting up to four hours. In 2025, that level of service is simply unacceptable.
I’m paying 60 euros a month for this, which is outrageous considering the unstable connection. To put things in perspective: in other EU countries, you can get a faster, more reliable service for a fraction of the price.
Trying to get support is a nightmare. It’s nearly impossible to get through to customer service, and when you finally do, they spend ages “analyzing” the modem—every time—as if that will magically fix a problem affecting the entire building. And yes, they still suggest restarting the router as if that hasn’t already been tried.
Not once have they taken responsibility or offered compensation for the daily outages. At this point, I can’t recommend this company to anyone. If you’re looking for a stable internet connection and actual customer support, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
Terrible Experience with Vodafone – Avoid at All Costs!
My experience with Vodafone has been nothing short of a nightmare. After I moved, they couldn’t even handle a simple address change. For 3 months, I was without internet but was still charged as if I had full service. Despite numerous calls, they assured me I would be reimbursed, and instead of returning my money, they offered a “Gutschein” (voucher) that never even worked. To make matters worse, they ended up cancelling my contract altogether.
This is the worst provider I’ve ever dealt with. Shameless business practices – they charge for services they don’t deliver, offer meaningless vouchers, and then dump the customer without resolving anything. What a scam!
I’m absolutely disgusted with Vodafone. It’s been a complete waste of time, energy, and money. Worthless company with worthless service!
Paid for a hotspot in Garmisch, Germany for a month for 2 devices. Cost 60 euros. Hotspot disappeared after 3 weeks. Additionally there is no chat facility online rather one has to telephone so Google Translate is of little use. One cannot install the German Vodafone hotspot finder app if your telecom provider is UK based. The solution unfortunately is go elsewhere or pay for alternative solutions.
Probably the worst provider in Germany, everything is either slow or unreliable.
Their customer support almost couldn’t be worse!
Then their app asks you for multiple passwords, so you may not even be able to self-service your contract. Why is it even like that?
You should also invest into customer section of your website, so it doesn’t feel like from 2003 anymore.
Finally at least allow one unified user password, so we could at the minimum access and manage our contracts.
Tried 6 customer support agents with 6 different answers!
Dealing with Whatsapp customer support last 3 days, keep telling me I need to wait!
On the VF community they told me they support English speaking customer via Whatsapp, but the agent tells me he can help me only in German. Had to use Google Translate but still waiting for my request to be handled!
