We visited there. Very supportive & helpful staff, speaks English which helped us a lot. I might visit this store again for any future buying of these items.
Do yourself a favor – never visit this place. They hire most disgusting people here.
If you care here is the story: I give a coin at counter which is a little bit rotten which i got from another store, so the woman on the counter doesn’t like it, says something and disappears for another round of checking/cleaning without asking for apology to waste my time. Returns, gives the receipt, doesn’t even manage to say goodbye.
Management at toom – wake up, if you treat your customers like that it’s about time.
The selection of products is quite good. But I give 4 stars, as a member of staff was quite uncurteous, even if he did his job properly in the end (I had to insist). Good management would train the staff well, and never let client to be treated unprofessionally.
Wood is too expensive and poor quality. Their customer card is awful, something like if you spend over €1000 in a year they will give you 1% discount the next year, thanks .
They’ve made an effort to be friendly over the last few years and that counts for something.
The place is good
The workers seems to always disappear whenever you need one of them
