Very, very brazen how you take money out of your customers’ pockets. I was at the computer for a minute to print out a file. The whole thing supposedly required me to download it so I could print it out. It cost me €6.50. What a disgrace. A normal copy supposedly costs 20ct, but if you have to download it on your computer you pay twice as much!
This internet cafe is the biggest scammer. Older people who are not good with the German language or familiar with new technology are shamelessly exploited. 1 case: a good friend of mine bought a telephone for older people. It broke after a short time, no guarantee, even though it wasn’t even 3 months. 2 Case: Another friend was sold a top-up coupon for €15 by e-plus, even though he had ALDI TALK. This happened the second time, the first time the man told him he had topped it up, but my friend found out there was no credit available. Today the same. I’ve tried it several times, but the e-plus won’t charge on my phone. I went to the store with my friend and the salesman had the audacity to claim that the €15 was on the cell phone. Now when I asked on the cell phone, there was no credit. The seller knew that ALDI TALK does not work with an e-plus top-up. He then cheekily replied, we have to contact ALDI TALK. I would advise anyone not to shop there.
If zero stars were possible…
I asked for color prints.
It’s possible, says the owner.
All right then. Printing was carried out and the result was riddled with streaks and the color was more than just faint.
I complained about this and should get a discount for it. Instead of 12 euros for 12 pages, only 10 euros. It would be my fault that the print looks like this. I then showed the original and asked if they were serious and if I could throw the printouts away because they couldn’t be used. At the end of the song they were shouted at and thrown out. I would have preferred to go to the back of the counter because he would hit me there because of HIS empty print cartridge…
