On December 27th, 2021, the cell phone was sent there to be repaired because the screen suddenly remained black, but the cell phone was switched on and rang. There was always tempered glass on the screen, which had a crack from a fall that happened some time ago and did not affect the function of the device in any way. This is how it was described by me in the store on December 27th. According to Mr. Ceylan, the first diagnosis was already clear: display damage. Cost 150€. That was OK for me, so I ordered it that way. I was immediately told that the cell phone wouldn’t be back until the new year, which was fine with me. Nothing happened from Telekom Laubach in the new year, so I called them in the middle of the first week of January and was told that the display was not damaged, but that the circuit board was broken. I asked what would happen next and wanted to know what Mr. Ceylan thought the new display would be like; it wasn’t broken, but it would cost me €150. Statement from Mr. Ceylan: “No, no problem at all, you can simply dismantle it again, there’s a guarantee on it.” It was ok for me and I assumed that my display, which was definitely not defective, would simply be dismantled, which is exactly what was promised to me. I asked what was wrong with the cell phone, whether the damage could be repaired and how much it would cost. The answer was that he didn’t know and he would call me back. There was no call back for a whole week. Until I called again. Unfortunately only a gas station employee answered the phone. He couldn’t tell me anything about it, but told me that the boss would call me back, which unfortunately didn’t happen again. Then I called again, where it was explained to me that the home button was broken and that the device could only be switched on in conjunction with a charger and a “flex cable” which would cost another €10 extra (what exactly that is and why that is needed and why that is the case and not the circuit board is defective, as was previously claimed, was not explained) I abruptly ended the conversation. Then nothing happened from Telekom Laubach for a while. Until I appeared in person at the store and met Mr. Ceylan, who then told me when I asked that a new display hadn’t been installed yet, but that I needed it to turn it on. He had a heated argument and the end result was that I left the store very upset and angry and then told an employee about an hour later that he would like to finally give me my cell phone back, just like I did I submitted it and that from now on there will be no further discussions for me. The employee passed this on immediately and I received it promptly! a call from the other employee to tell me that this is no longer possible, I should have done it half an hour ago?!?!?! (The cell phone had already been in their “care” for weeks). The new display was ordered, which would now be installed and would cost €150. I then told him that according to his boss the display wasn’t broken at all, and he then said “Yes, there was a crack in it”. No. There was no crack in it. The screen was undamaged. It was too stupid for me and I just wanted to have my cell phone back, so about 2 weeks later I went to the store to pick up my cell phone. I would have paid €150 for a new display and I would also have paid €10 for some extra cable, IF the cell phone then at least TURNS ON again. Answer from the employee: “Yes, it’s been lying around here for weeks now, the battery is now empty, I’d have to connect it first, but I know exactly that the cell phone is on!”. Me: “Ok. Then I’ll wash my car now and then it should have juice, then I’ll take it with me.” I go in and what happens? The cell phone did NOT turn on. Mr. Ceylan has not yet given me my property because he insisted on €150. For nothing, mind you.
I had my Vodafone contract extended there and got an unbeatable offer. Cell phone delivery was super fast even though I was told about possible delays. Fast and nice service definitely recommended!!!!
Top! I got advice from the staff there. The employees were very accommodating and very nice. The customer definitely comes first.
I am very convinced and can only recommend the store to my friends and family.
Best T-spot I’ve been to so far.
