I’ve been a Telekom customer for 6 years now, and so far everything has always worked.
Three months ago I signed a new contract and that’s when the trouble started. It was agreed that I would receive a credit for two months because of the double burden due to the notice period. After what felt like 20 phone calls and 3 on-site meetings, no money had been received. Nobody feels responsible, nobody wants to help and can solve the problem or promised callbacks are not kept…. I signed the contract at the same time as my sister and pretty much everything that could be mixed up was mixed up. My sister is now so frustrated that she is canceling all the contracts that had to be canceled and letting the mobile phone contract expire. Incorrect amounts were constantly being debited from her… you are constantly promised that everything will be sorted out and in the end nothing happens.
Unfortunately, as a customer you feel very ripped off, not taken seriously and at some point you give up in exasperation…
The employee with whom we concluded the contracts was always very nice. Which you can’t say about everyone, but if you only get loose promises, the whole thing is worthless.
