Pretty good in stock place with nice And helpfull workers, you will be able to find anything you need only issue, is the register wait line some to the time.
I’m giving one star because there are no negative stars to give. Shopping in Saturn has by far been the worst experience for me. I purchased an Dyson fan in the first week of August because the summer in Germany can get pretty hot. The fan was pretty expensive approx. Eur 280 it comes with a year’s warranty. If you want to extend the warranty by another 3yrs it cost approx Eur 330. Now for a premium brand coming with a premium cost you expect a level of service to match it. But it was exactly the opposite. We used the fan for the first night after the purchase and it worked fine. Next day morning it stopped working. We did everything that was recommend by Dyson service centre to address the error but it just did not work. It was a little bit disappointing but fine, we decided to give it for service. We went to Saturn to return and get a new one because we purchased the product from Saturn ring centre Offenbach. They initially said it would take 10days to 2 weeks for a replacement. Firstly this isn’t acceptable when you are charging so much for a fan. Your service to your customers should be more customer oriented. Even after two weeks and after multiple visits to the shop I did not get any response about the Fan. Not to mention the lady at the counter in Saturn was extremely rude and impolite. Well after Winter has set in I received an email from Saturn to collect the fan. By this time we had already purchased an alternate fan in the summer and since winter set in I was looking for a refund and not a repaired fan. When I spoke on the phone they agreed that a refund is possible they said it is possible but I need to carry my identity card of some sort. But when I went to get my refund this same lady rudely spoke to me and said something like, take your stuff and leave this place. All in all, if you want to get over charged for the so called premium product in the market and then be disappointed in less than 24hrs since the purchase then, you can visit Dyson. Not to forget after all this ordeal you will further be treated as some charity case when you approach the shop for refund.
A shop with all the electronic items required for you. And they have offers for many items. They have almost all the brands for television, refrigerator, washing machine, speakers, Bluetooth speakers, chargers, cables, power banks, separate section for samsung, apple, Xiaomi, Garmin, etc. They also have game CD’s, gaming consoles, movie CD’s, cameras, headsets, pendrives, memory cards, etc
its a good store and nice staff but the items don’t have much variety compared to bigger branch in frankfurt
Not that big Saturn store with basic offer of products. Last year they tried to sell me a TV without a box for a full price. I paid for the TV and went to the storage area to pick it up. Guy working there wrapped the TV with some stuff he found around, like he is putting it on sale on Ebay. When he tried to hand me the remote, I just turned my back and went back to the store for refund.
