Bought a computer, 4K monitor, Keyboard-Mouse on 17.08.2024. Paid nearly 1000€ for all the crap. Asked for English keyboard layout, found German one in the box. Two months later — the keyboard does not work, monitor blinks, becomes completely dark for ~2 seconds a couple of times every hour. When will it die?
They have a huge selection of different stuff and prices are okay for a local store. Staff is generally friendly. 1 star reduction as even on times where there are a few customers you have to walk through the labyrinth to the cashier and on peak times they are sometimes only a few cashiers working.
I received advice that stopped me from buying a product and didn’t lead me to buying another. That’s what I call good customer service 🙂
The store is amazing, a wide variety and a wide range of electronic products-there are smartphones available (with price seen on a digital screen next to them) with a small pamphlet to detail their features.
There is a huge and robust range of cameras, even the instant ones. There are headphones, earphones, speakers, light appliances, cables, junction boxes, adapters, batteries and what not!! All these in the floor right when you enter, and there are laptops, mouse and keyboard and such peripheral devices, and some label printing devices, and tablets, routers, repeaters, in the lower floor.
Overall, it was an amazing experience today, walking into this store the first time!!
Staff is helpful and if they can’t help you they find someone who can. Great variety and good deals sometimes. Usually it’s worth it to compare the prices online, sometimes you get a better price online. You can buy cellphones with a contract. In the coffee machines they sometimes let you try a coffee 🙂
