Nice store, amazing products but the staff needs to be more friendly and also attentive, there’s some products without prices in the first floor and this was something impossible to ask someone, because all of them were “extremely” busy…
A big store with electronic equipments. Sometimes you can find promotions. But the employers are not very nice sometimes and don’t speak English. But okay, we are in Germany, so speak in English is a very hard thing, even when the people can speak in English (the second more spoken language in the World!). So, if you are new in Germany and go to the Saturn store can be a challenge for you to get an advice for something that you want.
Bought my TV, washing machine and also a phone! Good options & deals! Personnel are mostly helpful but not always!
Visited it for my iphone service which insured by SquareTrade. After two weeks I enquired the status of my phone and got to know that insurance company couln’t track my iphone and asked me to visit the Saturn store again. Finally after 3 weeks I got my device back from Saturn with the status that they did nothing because it was mere scratch no defect which is fine. So they took 3 weeks to do nothing.
The worst experience ever. I was trying to buy today a Iphone with a sim card contract and the guy working there was so rude to me. I am new to Germany and my german language is not perfect and cannot understand so good sometimes. He was screaming and became nervous while repeating me the words I couldn’t understand. I think they really should check their employees.
P.S ( I finished not buying the Iphone and agreed with another company they lost almost 1700 Euro worth of sale just for their employee attitude)
