None of the employees spoke english could not buy a laptop.
I wanted to buy a smart watch. Waited for 10 minutes before someone from the staff payed attention to me. I decided to come and ask for advice. The man who spoke good English said that his colleague was more competent and would be able to help me. A “competent” colleague came up and, seeing that I was speaking English, said in German that there were watches for 135€ and 160€. I saw it myself. I didn’t need this information. What characteristics, what is more reliable, she does not know … no one respects the buyers here! disgusting!
it is definitely one of the worst shops ever. why?
I bought a graphics card from them and when I used it I saw that the fan in the middle is not working properly.
So I bring the GPU back to them and they said that they have to send it for repair.
Later on I find out that, I as a coustumer have the right to choose between repairing it and getting a new one. But these people of course didn’t tell me anything about this and tricked me, and now I can’t do any design and video editing for 1 month because of their mistake. They don’t care about coustumer satisfaction.
I pay Money for a new product and expect it to work without any problems. And if it doesn’t work, I ( the coustumer) shouldn’t be sacrificing my time and money for your mistake.
!!!!! Here’s my question to the ”owner”, who reads the comments and says the same thing to the coustumers: why should I come and buy anything from your shop again?
Most of the staff ( not all, there are two that are really good) don’t even care about coustumers, they just wanna be finished and go home.
Don’t respond me with telling me they whole history of Saturn and bunch of lies, people believe in action and what they see, not lies.
Media Markt is far away from my house, but I would rather walk for 2 hours to there than to go to Saturn. At least they care about coustumers and don’t treat them bad.
If you are a foreigner and you don’t speak german well then this is not a place for you. The employers are rude toward foreigners. I waited for a long time but had to leave my purchase unfinished as nobody tried to answer me.
Young blue hair lady taking customers within shelves in store was super cool, but alone. She deserves pure 5+. Everyone else deseves a zero. I entered store in order to spend 300EUR.
First I was waiting 20 min just to make an eye contact. When asked for help at cash desk some older women told me that they do only technical support (meaning: we wait for a young man from 2nd floor, if someone comes there) and cashier desk tasks.
I asked for receipt on my company account. I gave all my company data when taking device from a shelve. At cashier desk I asked for receipt on my company, wanted to give also TaxID, but I just got a regular receipt print out, and noy on company. Cashier just asked me: what is company tax ID. When I tried to explain in english I was coldly rejected with excuse that she does not understand english.
I dont think thay I will ever go there ever again.
