This is one of the biggest Saturn in Berlin, probably the biggest, but it is the most annoying. I understand the amount of people that visit here, but sometimes security is a bit rude with everyone without a reason, even if you’re buying something they ask you to check your purchase before you leave with the receipt at hand. This should be controlled during the payment and not when you’re at the door leaving.
Congratulations to the excellent service yesterday evening. In the department for electronic toothbrushes, I got all the technical details as well as the pros and cons with all the advantages and disadvantages for your teeth. I was very happy to get this excellent consultation. And the salesperson could speak French, wonderful. Then it was as amazing in the printer department. Also her the expert salesperson could explain to me the technical details of all printers, what are the pros and cons of each printer. This is so important in times when technology is so important and you get help and support from real people who understand what you need to buy. Besides I could talk about politics, electronic printers and hip-hop. Thank you very much !
Location: Saturn, Alexanderplatz, Berlin
Experience: Mostly Positive, but with Mixed Service Quality 🛍️
My experience at Saturn Alexanderplatz has been mostly positive, though it depends heavily on which sales associate assists you. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with wonderful staff who went above and beyond to guide me. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy or overly aggressive. In terms of customer service, I have no complaints from these encounters! 👏
However, it can be a bit of a gamble — at times, you may encounter staff who are unhelpful, rude, and frankly lack basic manners, which is disappointing in a store of this size and reputation.
The bigger letdown for me, though, is the limited selection of the latest technology. For a flagship store in such a central location, I expected a broader range of up-to-date products. For example, I’m a fan of Anker power banks, yet I couldn’t find any available here. As a consumer, I like to see and compare items in person before purchasing, but Saturn’s selection often falls short.
For the best experience, it’s a bit of a roll of the dice on customer service, and for the newest tech trends, I find more options online. Overall, a decent shopping experience if you’re not looking for the latest products.
i meet this man, he helped me very kind and care. Made my shopping happy. He knows lots of technical details. İf you want to get in technical, find EL ALI.
