If you want to buy something, please make sure and ask about their return policy. Apparently, no one is telling you that before you buy a product, you will NOT be able to return it if you unpack it. Their explanation is that it’s on the receipt but the receipt you receive it after you buy the product. They will say that you can return the product until 14 calendaristic days but they will not tell you that you cannot unpack it if you want to return it. Customer always looses!
today, 16th of March 2024 at about 4pm, I have visited Saturn Bad Homburg, to give over my old laptop. From my previous experience in Munich and Ingelheim, I knew that old electric devices can be given over to Media markt and Saturn for small money, which is good to have a better environment and also small money makes customer happy to be encouraged for such activities. The sir (tall, slim with dark brown hair) was very racisim so that some of his colleagues dont understand german, thus they dont give correct advises to customers, when I told him i had a call with your colleague in central Saturn in Colonge and they confirmed that Saturn Bad Homburg accepts old lap tops. He was trying to offend my german language which is quite more than racism if some one in public is that much dare to react in this way. I warned him that his words is offending and could be dangerous for him and he replied “Yes I know”.
my question to those racism people is: what have you done for your country as a native german speaker?
there is milions of migrants (engineers, doctors, managers…. and Phds like me) who have studied in english and they master other languages which you were not able to perform.
Before you start doing any racism action, please ask first yourself what is your education, your position and which services you have given so far to your mother land?? if any, which I am much in doubt, it does not give you any right to be offensive and act racist.
official apple service can’t do anything because of a “system error”. answering machine is only saying “everything can be done”. apple should choose their partners better.
A typical box electronics store. Staff can be helpful when selling but are under pressure to make sales. Do not get your internet subscription there as they will “force’ you into choosing the one that pays them the highest commission promising you everything. I never got a contract and was insulted once I tried to change my provider. Also you get no ” wiederrufsrecht” through them. Very disappointed and avoid them.
Super stores with variety of electronics from light bulb to TVs, washing machines , microwaves, water purifier s, mobiles to accessories to any household goods that you can imagine in widest range available aplenty. It’s a feast to your eyes. One will come back again and again for more. All international brands available, of course the very friendly staff is a bonus for such a super stores.
