Yesterday I had a very bad traumatic experience with this department. My sister bought me an earphones from ‘Saturn Stuttgart’ and it was the wrong earphones for my phone, i went back there and Stuttgart department were very nice and friendly and said they can return for me and once i asked for iphone 14 pro max they apologised that they didn’t have these earphones anymore, they politely said i can go to another Saturn department to exchange it with the type of earphones I want. I accepted because I thought it is better choice than having an earphone I don’t use. Anyway i went to ‘Saturn Ludwigsburg’ yesterday in the morning in Marstall mall because I already work in this mall, the lady at the kase was nice and tried to help, she called her colleague and she also helped me and she was very nice and gave me paper to get back my money. Until i was waiting in line and a man scream to me to come to him and i went to that employee and he had an attitude and he was talking aggressively loud telling me I can’t exchange it. I felt the girl who gave me this money back paper was not on the same page as him. I understand if I can’t get my money back or if you can’t exchange for me but why do you need to talk to a customer like that -? Why are you so angry -? And you should have came to me and explained politely without yelling at me infront of other customers! After all it wasn’t my mistake. I wish he was being more professional throughout this process. I gave back the paper feeling ashamed! And i asked i can buy an earphones for my phone but he said they don’t have and that made me happy because I shouldn’t buy from someone who don’t respect me or screams at me for no reason! I am a grown adult and I would have understood why you wouldn’t exchange or give back money, i just expect you to be nice that’s all.
I appreciate the 2 ladies trying to help but this man doesn’t seem in the right profession! Please please please be better to people you never know what they are going through. I had such a bad day the whole day and I cried for hours because he humiliated me like that infront of customers and the other female employe. Never going back there again!
Tonight, I got a strange experience at Saturn Marstall store. I want to share this with Saturn management. At around 18:30 I went to this store to buy prepaid sim card for my telephone because it is good options for tourists like me during temporary stay in Germany. I came close to Saturn communication sales guy (with average height, no hair, with blue saturn Jacket) and asked if anyone here speak English or Turkish because I can not speak German ( as tourist in Germany). He got angry and responded in passive aggressive way that he speaks only German because this is Germany and everybody speaks German. I am embarrased with his respond. He continued saying he is German, all workers here are German and no Turkish people works at this store. Also said Everybody in Turkey speaks Turkish. I said no, there are a lot of people in Turkey speaks English. He refused to sell me any product and left his place and went far away from us. It was strange any salesman acting like this and refusing any sales. I explained this situation to the lady at kasse. She said sorry for this situation. So, we left the store without buying anything. Tourists speaking any language other than German must be very careful that they may be refused to buy anything at this store and they may be ashamed of not knowing German.
Probably the best service experience I ever had! The person at the service stand had a very professional attitude and explained me everything calmly, in full detail.
Electric items and mobile phones available here
The worst service ever!!! I bought a phone here a few months ago. When I asked the staff for help, they defiantly turned around and left! During the purchase, they joked rudely in my direction, because I am from Ukraine and I do not have the opportunity to make such purchases! Today I came for a protective glass. Not only did the same story with the employee repeat when choosing, but they also refused to help and give a piece of advice about gluing a protective glass. I have never experienced such terrible service.
