Went there to get original screen protector on my Z Flip 6 installed that was unfortunately removed. The staff member at the desk who handled my case was very friendly and did the entire process with least hassle. Honesty can’t complain about anything. Great experience. Keep it up.
It’s a pity that I have no choice but to leave this review because the staff member who assisted me was very kind.
I contacted the hotline in advance regarding my smartphone display repair because I was visiting from Stuttgart specifically for this purpose. I was told that same-day repair would be possible. However, when I arrived in Eschborn, I was informed that multiple orders were ahead of mine and that the repair would take about a week.
I even took a day off just for this repair, and yet, the service turned out to be absolutely terrible. The repair shop blamed the hotline for providing incorrect information, saying that the hotline has no knowledge of how many orders are pending and gives customers misleading information about same-day repairs. But as a customer, what am I supposed to do in the middle of this mess?
The hotline stupidly and irresponsibly gave me incorrect information, making me waste my entire day and travel expenses. Meanwhile, the repair shop, despite seeing that I had traveled more than two hours to get there, refused to show any flexibility and, instead of repairing it on the spot, only scheduled an appointment for two weeks later and sent me away.
This was not my fault, yet I had to suffer due to a lack of communication within the company. Why should the customer have to go through all this trouble because of internal miscommunication?
Moreover, the repair shop mentioned that sending the smartphone by mail for repair carries the risk of data loss, so I had no choice but to plan another visit in two weeks. But why should the customer have to bear the anxiety of potential data loss in the first place?
On top of that, the website’s reservation system is not intuitive at all—it keeps redirecting back to the homepage, making it impossible to book in advance. It was only after the repair shop staff helped me through numerous steps that I was finally able to make an online reservation.
With so few service centers available and such poor service management, I don’t see any reason to buy Samsung products again. If the company cannot even manage its employees properly or ensure internal communication, why should the customer have to bear all the consequences? This is an experience I never want to go through again.
The screen of my phone, S24 Ultra, broke. I am currently on vacation in Germany. I contacted the Samsung maintenance service and they told me that there is more than one option to repair your phone, and I rely on my phone completely. I use a Samsung wallet when traveling. They told me that you have to go to Frankfurt. It was very far from where I live, but I went without an appointment, and there I met the receptionist and maintenance employee. I explained to them my story while I was on vacation. My vacation turned into a nightmare after the phone screen broke. The receptionist’s name was Benjamin Chardhry. This is the perfect employee. At the beginning of March I talked to one of you about my phone Samsung. The battery was slightly inflated. The phone still has a warranty, so it’s not even a year old. It was taken on March 6 and was taken 2 hours ago today. My husband takes it. The battery was not changed, but they told him it was. I’m really amazed! The phone had no scratches, it was kept like an eye, always with a mask and it was never dropped. They have been keeping the phone since March 6, almost 3 weeks, and nothing has been done. Why not change the battery? Is this Samsung doing whatever it wants with customers? I am really disappointed. I was expecting a different approach, since this is Samsung. I trusted Samsung.
Terrible service; don’t trust them at all. I went there to change my broken screen, but after 14 days, no one called me. I went there again, and nothing had changed on my phone, so I asked them to give me my broken mobile anyway, and no one said sorry. I got my broken phone and went to PhoneCare Frankfurt, and they fixed my phone in just one day. I wouldn’t say I like this Samsung customer service, and I will do my best to change the mind of anyone who wants to go to this customer service.
