I went to this place 4 times on different days during opening hours and the store is always closed. I highly recommend that you don’t have your Wish order shipped here. I had to pay a fee for my Wish orders because I could not pick them up.
Terrible experience, the owner is not honest and charged much more than agreed. I can’t recommend this store, the owner is dishonest.
Unfortunately, I got carried away twice and ordered something from Wish to be picked up in the shop.
The first time it took half an hour until my package was found.
The second order cannot be found. They would let you know if they found it.
And that with the parking situation.
It doesn’t work at all.
The only positive thing is they were friendly.
Never order a wish package there. Strongly advise against it. I was already there on Saturday, December 5th, 2020. The shop was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to the opening times. First way there for free + travel costs into the city. Today I was there again. The shop owner can’t find the package (it’s no wonder that everything is so messy there – see also the other Google reviews, it’s not the first time). He wanted to send me away several times and tell me to come back when he found it. I don’t have the time to go there three times. And also not willing to pay travel costs again and again. I’ll be working around 12-14 hours in another city for the next few days and won’t be back until 8/9 in the evening. The shop is closed there. I asked him for a solution and he didn’t offer me one. I said he should send it to me, after all it wasn’t my fault. No chance. Unbelievable. Yes, people were friendly. But I don’t have any of that either. Great, that was supposed to be a gift that I urgently need. Never never never again. Tip: How about a little bit of order? Packages can be sorted according to codes, for example. Then they would be found again. If I did my job like that, I would have gotten rid of him long ago. Conclusion: in the future I will order directly to my home. Then I’d rather stand in line at the post office, that’s where they’ve always found my parcels.
Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the execution of a repair.
I made an appointment when the shop was closed, despite the stated opening time and agreement.
A few hours later I met someone.
The device has now been in need of repair for several hours.
When I picked it up, the glued battery cover was not put on correctly and was sticking out. So, the device is no longer tight.
The lid should be replaced after a new appointment has been made.
The device was accepted again on the agreed date, but it was only when I picked it up in the evening that I was informed that the wrong lid had been delivered or ordered.
So I went back several days later.
When I picked it up, at first glance everything was fine, but then I noticed that the lid was sitting correctly, but wasn’t firmly glued all around. So the device is still not sealed.
I tried to activate the glue myself by heating it, without success.
Now I have received 10 euros from the shop owner because I will no longer trust him with the device and will order and install the seal myself.
When I remove the back cover at home, I realize to make matters worse that the new cover does not have an RFID antenna. Either the wrong cover was ordered or the antenna was saved from the old cover.
All in all, the workshop doesn’t seem really professional.
