My experience at this o2 location was very positive, as the employees, Berber, Patsionis, and El were all very helpful in helping with the process of activating a German eSIM on my US mobile phone. I recommend going here for any phone-related concerns if you are looking for friendly staff and easy assistance.

I have an issue with the payment system in O2,I went to pay for December and January. the told me that the system said that I do not have to pay, then I told him that the app shows me something different, he opens it and said I had to pay 20 per month, however I would pay 60…. for 2 months…. when I ask why he was totally rude with me and I told him to chill that he is not explaining him self and I wouldn’t pay there because it is not clear for me. I would never go to that store, totally disrespectful.
