BEWARE, they sell used products missing pieces as new.
They sold me a new Playstation 5 with the package opened without original seals and ripped spots/tears, previously used, missing pieces and manuals, controller without it’s original plastics as new being. The manager insisted is not used because it was opened and used by his team to perform software updates, use the controller, “check if it is all fine”, etc… Sorry, but it is not correct to sell a product that was previously opened, used, plastics and seals removed, box with some rips, etc.. as new. I reluctantly was trying to make this work and we agreed to open it in front of me to see if it is all OK and we found that it was missing the console horizontal stands. My setup requires the console to be horizontal, so this is a deal breaker.
The manager and attendants asked me to call support to cancel the order as they were not capable of doing anything or cancelling it themselves. Which I did.
They were not able to provide discounts, or do absolutely anything to “make it right”. Overall I lost about one hour of my day and left as an unsatisfied customer.
Do better MediaMarket!
Store is located at the top floor, i was with colelagues and we were treated well, and nice girls offer to try coffee which was on promotion. Store is organized well and you can easy find what you need. I was searching hair clipper, but model that I ask for they did not have on the stock, besides that everything was nice. Very good offer of TV screens. You can compare multiple models !
i will provide negative review if i have option for that.
i wanted to buy O2 prepaid sim card and just because i dont speak german, the lady there forcefully made the bill without my permission for antivirus and O2 sim even i just wanted to buy O2 prepaid sim …
O2 prepaid sim was 9EUR and the antivirus was 20EUR, she printed the bill for sim and antivirus along the way and started shouting on me, when i said that i dont want antivirus, for absolutely no reason …
Really wide range of electrical items. I needed a cable and charger for my phone. They had the same charger labelled with many different prices, ranging from €10 to €30; actual price when I paid €25. Such a basic thing to put the right price on? This is surely what shops do. When I let them know, and said it was confusing for customers, they couldn’t care less. They ‘forgot’ to deactivate the alarm on the charger when I left the shop. Really unhelpful customer service, and I wouldn’t like to go back.
Staffs look like they have no motivation to help customers.
Today afternoon I asked for a case for ebook device, the guy who was at the information desk at the main entrance (around 30yrs look with beards) said they don’t have it.
And I found it by myself after 5 minutes.
Your company really pays for you for nothing.
Another young guy look like 20 yrs old is nicer and searched for different colour of the device case for me.
