I was denied an installment purchase at MediaMarkt simply because I don’t speak German fluently. I had all the required documents and proof of income, yet the employee refused to proceed.
Media Markt, you are a disaster!!!
I bought a product from your store in Erfurt today. Since it was the last product in the store, they gave it to me repackaged in several boxes, half the parts outside the original packaging, hastily wrapped with duct tape, all in one pile. When I brought it home and tried to put it into operation, I saw that a part was missing.
And now you go with all your might, you bought something you want, and at home you are delighted, and you paid a solid amount of money. When I looked at it better, I realized that the product is not only not complete, but it was also used and you are guaranteed that it is new (it is a robot vacuum cleaner, which shows that the part where it collects garbage is full of dust, as is the filter inside)
The wiper holder was missing.
I tried to call the customer care center, a disaster, Since I have been in Germany for a short time and I do not know the language, there is no way they will serve you in another language, for example. English, the lady says two sentences and hangs up the phone, that’s my problem. But when they were supposed to take my money, then they’ll find someone who knows three words to say and sell you a used and incomplete product.
If possible, I’ll give you a rating of 500 minus.
And now I have to go, spend time, money and nerves to clarify that they sold me the product incomplete.
DISASTER.
They are closed down because of corona but you can call and order online and then pick up, but I didn’t know, they don’t accept orders from pult but I searched online for the product and showed the item number and what it is to the lady that worked the shift and she handed that order to a coworker and I got it 🙂 so five stars when people are human first worker second
It’s fine – a little but if everything, prices are okay, and you can pick up stuff that you ordered online.
Bought my laptop today. Everything was smooth. You can pay with cash also.
