I had my switch lite there for a Display exchange. The Quality of the New Display was worse than the original. There was also an obvious hair Stuck between the LCD and the Touchscreen which they denied. The Support did only propose factory resets to tackle the issues.
I only ordered spare parts but customer support was top and delivery was prompt.
orders get delivered promptly, customer service is top and always eager to solve problems asap.
Battery gets super hot!!! I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro battery and replaced it myself. Everything worked out wonderfully. The phone is working again and of course it didn’t recognize the battery as the original, which is normal. Then I downgraded to 10% and uploaded it again to 100% as recommended. And the battery got so hot that the cell phone issued a temperature warning. In my opinion it is unreasonable to sell such junk. No more recommendation, at least as far as the batteries are concerned.
Extremely disappointing – never again broken.de!
I am absolutely disappointed with broken.de and can only advise against ordering anything here or having it repaired.
I ordered and installed a new display for my iPad – and since then the Apple Pencil hasn’t worked. This is an absolute no-go for me because I use the iPad for work and rely on the pen function.
When I asked, support simply told me that the problem was known and occurred more frequently with these displays. Nevertheless, they refuse to exchange the display or offer a solution. For me this is a complete rip off. You can’t knowingly sell a product that doesn’t work properly – and then simply leave the customer out in the cold.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the new display also has white spots that shine significantly brighter than the rest of the screen. It simply looks cheap and inferior – despite what is actually a high-quality device.
To be honest, I would have preferred to keep the old display with the crack – because at least everything still worked there.
Customer service completely ignored my actual problem and made no effort to really help me.
One thing is clear to me: I will never buy or have anything repaired from broken.de again – and I can only advise everyone against it. Bad service, bad quality, no goodwill.
Conclusion: stay away!
You know who I am, you are welcome to contact me if you are willing to offer me a reasonable solution!
