I stood at the information desk for at least 5 minutes because I wanted to ask about a cell phone protector.
The saleswoman further back in the store had customers, but she didn’t care that I was waiting.
Then another employee came into the store and asked curtly what I wanted.
I explained the issue to him and he just said succinctly that he didn’t have a film for my Galaxy S10 Plus.
I should ask in Saturn, I had previously. But the technician wasn’t there.
I asked about other alternatives and was curtly dismissed with a reference to the Internet.
The employee also works in the cell phone store across from Expert. It stands to reason that it would probably be better to sell new cell phones or contracts instead of helping customers with older devices. Sad.
I was sold a case for my Samsung smartphone A7 for €25.
It’s not even worth 50 cents because the good piece was no longer usable after 3 days.

You usually only read the negative. But there is at least one person in every company who surprises you positively. In the Vodafone Premium Store in Anger 1 this is Mr. H.P.
After his colleague explained to me with his mouth full that he couldn’t really help me at the moment and had simply let me “go away” dissatisfied. Did Mr. H.P. I quickly took over and simply acted instead of continuing to tell me why something wasn’t possible. I was satisfied.
There are people who just do their job and those who love it – that’s what service is all about.
