Ich habe gegen 12 Uhr telefonisch eine Garmin Uhr reserviert und bin 14:30 Uhr im Markt eingetroffen.
Dort lag die Uhr für mich bereit.
Der aktuelle Werbepreis war nicht im System eingetragen und die Uhr war angeblich für jemand anders schon online reserviert.
Ich habe die Uhr nicht erhalten obwohl ich sie quasi zuerst reserviert hatte.
Ich habe bei einem anderen EURONICS Markt die Uhr online bestellt und in der bestell E-Mail steht folgender Text:
“Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich bei dieser E-Mail lediglich um eine Eingangsbestätigung handelt, mit der noch kein Vertrag zustande kommt. Die Vertragsannahme durch uns erfolgt, unabhängig von bereits geleisteten Zahlungen, erst mit der Übermittlung einer E-Mail, dass Ihre Bestellung versandt wird oder zur Abholung bereit liegt.”
Das bedeutet, dass man dem Onlinekunden ohne Probleme hätte vertrösten können… Während ich als Kunde, der sich in dem Markt bemüht, verprellt werde.
Sinnlos.
Ich wünsche dir Markt eine rasche Schließung, damit wir nur noch online bestellen können.
Update: Was able to submit my return a few days later. Contact was friendly and professional, the device was sent to the Euronics dealer in Augsburg from whom I bought it online, and the process was regulated there. I’m satisfied: 2 stars -> 4 stars.
I wanted to make a return, so I looked on Google Maps and saw that it was open and then drove there for 20 minutes… Nevertheless, I ended up standing in front of the locked door – closed all day for inventory. Even after my gestures, colleagues in the store didn’t see any possibility of getting in touch. So I dragged the box back to the car… Life can be so good without customers.
I had ordered a Ninja Creami from another market with delivery there and had already paid for it. On Wednesday I received the information from DPD that he had arrived there. I wanted to pick him up at 2 p.m. on Friday. When I asked, I was told there was nothing there for end customers. The lady at the checkout was unimpressed with my order, the invoice and the delivery confirmation. I should go to where I bought it. In a really charming way. It wouldn’t be your job to worry about that. Thank God the sender was a little more proactive. In fact, the device was delivered to Pösna Park, a gentleman with the same last name as me signed, but it wasn’t there. At some point a second lady took a ninja off the shelf, said it was mine that they had found, clearly without a shipping box and said the evil intern had screwed up. And even though the fault was proven to be in the store, the saleswoman from first (dark hair) didn’t manage to get off her high horse. Maybe they should have given her a ladder. I don’t have anything delivered there anymore, I’d rather pay the €7 shipping.
I was looking for a new shaving head for my brown razor and even took the old one with me for comparison. The initially friendly waitress looked for an externally suitable one from the shelf. The surprise at home: the interior was completely different and not compatible with my razor. Unfortunately, I was only able to see the inside after the packaging was opened. In the store you are now being stubborn because it is already open. The thing simply doesn’t fit. No exchange or money back – a good 40 euros for the bin. Bad service, I’m very disappointed… Actually not even worth a star, but then the posting doesn’t work…
I can highly recommend the Großpösna branch. I ordered a washing machine there, which was delivered and connected within 2 days. Quick and problem-free process. My special thanks go to Ms. Hennig for her helpfulness and support in an external matter.
