Absolutely useless place customer service is non existent the workers all just chill at the back while all customers just wait. Don’t waste your time just go to the Apple Store…
Friend had the worst ordeal with this service. They refused to reply to his emails and when he called, the call kept hanging up after a long wait. They caused him months of waiting and only acknowledged and contacted him when he posted a review here (I had to help him since he didn’t have a phone for our vacation). Despite attempts by customer service agents, the company wasn’t even willing to refund him for the time he lost waiting, and for their failed promise of delivery time (late by many months). If a company only responds to bad reviews and fails to acknowledge its mistakes after disregarding its own customers (as other reviews show), it’s very unfortunate and a sign that somebody up there doesn’t care.
I tried to get my macbook pros battery and the keyboard replaced, they replaced it with a wrong keyboard and now the backlight of the keyboard doesn’t work. Shoddy workmanship! Also Apple has been annoying in general. My old battery lasted only for 600 cycle when it should have for 1000 cycle, and when I asked why is that with customer support they say the laptop is over 1 year old, not our problem. Worst customer support! It makes me think to even switch all my products from Apple to some other company now.
I have been here to get a keyboard for my iPadPro. Was the cheapest price on the internet. After already paying it I realised that the price was higher than the price in the website a few days ago.
After letting them know and showing a screenshot of the old website I got a refund. Super nice, friendly and helpful staff. Can recommend this place.
Dropped my MacBook pro for repair 09.01, they told me it will be done latest two weeks till now nothing
