I had a great experience at the Apple Store today. I went in to trade in my old MacBook Air, and the process was smooth and straightforward. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was efficient. I’m very happy with how it all went—highly recommend this location if you’re considering a trade-in or just need assistance!
An absolutely disastrous customer service experience: long queues, chaos and extremely passive staff. When I tried to buy a MacBook Air, I was told to figure it out myself online. Convenient.
I came in in a Saturday evening about half an hour before closing, regarding a problem with my iPad. I feared that the employees might not be able to help me / that so soon be for shutting for the weekend there might not be the capacity to help me.
But the opposite was the case, I approached an employee and was assisted immediately. After 15 minutes total my problem was resolved, and I was out the door.
All whilst the employees were truly friendly and even provided some more useful tips on how to manage small problems and cool shortcuts I didn’t know about.
Despite few team members having a party in the back room, they tell me they’re understaffed and – with exceptions – the team is not very welcoming. I felt like I almost had to apply to buy an Apple device… feels arrogant. Totally different from Apple stores in other countries.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life. They are super rude. They don’t care about their customers and dont help at all when you have questions. I bought a gift card but my apple id location was in the USA. I did not know that gift cards only work when your apple id is set to the location where you buy it. The sales representative did no say anything and he knew I was not from Germany because he offered me the tax free option. Came back to share the issue 2 hours after I bought it and the guy in charge told me he couldnt do anything about it and that they can’t ask every customer where they are from when buying a gift card. Avoid going to this store if you need help with any of your devices or anything, you won’t get it!
