I booked an appointment online and arrived at the designated time. While there was still a bit of a wait (around 18-20 minutes), I understand stores can get busy.
Once I was able to meet with a technician, he was very friendly, patient, and professional. He listened closely as I explained the issues I was having with my device’s battery and lightning port. The technician explained the problem and possible solutions clearly and in a way I could understand. I appreciated his knowledge and customer service skills.
The only area for improvement would be reducing wait times for appointments. But the technician himself provided excellent service in diagnosing my device issues and communicating with me during the appointment. He represented the brand well through his professionalism and stellar communication in English.
Overall, the in-store experience was positive. The technician made what could have been a frustrating tech issue much easier to deal with. I would recommend this Apple store and technician to others needing knowledgeable, friendly service for their Apple products. Just be prepared for potentially longer appointment wait times.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Apple Store Genius Bar. The technician assigned to my appointment had a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. From the moment we started, she was dismissive and refused to give me her name when I asked. She informed me that my appointment was limited to just 5 minutes and made it clear that she had no time for any additional questions or concerns I wanted to address.
Her tone was curt, and her body language was noticeably negative, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. I was left feeling rushed and undervalued as a customer. This is not the level of service I expect from Apple, especially when I’ve come to rely on their support for resolving issues with my devices.
This experience fell far below expectations, and I hope Apple takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of how busy the store may be.
Slow death is inevitable for this company. Once renowned for its groundbreaking innovation, has devolved into a purveyor of mediocre, overpriced gadgets. Their products are designed to become obsolete within two years, compelling customers to shell out even more money for replacements and repairs. The service is atrocious—loyal customers are met with disdain and incompetence. I was publicly humiliated by their manager in front of other customers. Terrible experience, Apple and horrible leadership.
Professional, efficient, best customer care. The guy who repaired my mac- he took his time, explained everything carefully also in English language, exceeded my expectations of this service.
Staff is very welcoming and fast! I made shopping a couple of times here.
