Vodafone just does not care to provide a remotely close internet bandwidth they obliged to by contract. Rude, passive aggressive CS, they website is anything but customer-friendly. Pay your bills for nothing. Shady, low quality business. Blatant scammers.
They illegally made a contract on my name, that lied that they take over telecoms contract. So I don’t get any service but pay them money for their lies. They should face the consequences of their crimes.
there is no help, if you have a problem you have to solve it yourself, they are not willing to work neither in the store nor in the service itself. they can’t speak English, while they work with a British company, and they are only nice if they want to sign a new contract (by the way they are lieing about the details) which they take a lot of money from you, and part of the contract can’t be terminated. If you call them about some internet issue the answer is always the same “there are some problem in the street, it will be solved soon”. this problem has been going on for 2 years…
Really disappointing provider. Outages are common and connection speeds often drops. Customer service is rarely available in English and their website or mobile app offers limited self-service. Never again!
The worst company ever! No Internet connection, no communication with customers
