Bad for me I am not able to speak German, good for me the employees there not only speak German perfectly but also English and the manager spoke Spanish 🙂.
The reparation was fantastic, your device is tracked on their system and you get an email automatically when it’s repaired. In my case, with a Samsung S20 FE the issue happened during the warranty period, and it took 4 days having the device back. I was informed that a normal reparations (not covered by the warranty) it’s tipically fixed the same day.

Very bad experience. At first they said it would be finished within 24-48 hours, we waited almost 2 weeks. We had to pay €80 to repair the mobile phone under warranty. The USB charger for the waterproof mobile phone detected moisture and did not charge at the same time. They found a small scratch on the camera and asked for €80 to repair it because otherwise it doesn’t pass their resistance test. If we had given up, we would have had to pay €40 for returning the mobile phone. After I got my cell phone, I noticed that all my data was deleted, including very important documents.
It took just 1 hour to change the film on Flip Z3 by warranty.
The new one is installed even better than the original.

I am not going to buy this phone, and I will not recommend it to anyone. I purchased the Galaxy S23 Ultra three months ago, and a few days later, it started showing lines blinking on the screen like tube lights. I visited the Galaxy service centre and they informed me that it was a display problem with no warranty coverage. They asked for 390 euros to replace the display issue. This phone is already quite expensive, and it’s incredibly sensitive. I had installed a screen guard before and only the camera was working fine. It’s disheartening that after investing so much money, the service center refuses to fix phone problems and suggests I must have mishandled it or dropped. I took a risk and bought a Samsung phone after ten years, but I’ll never make that mistake again.
You have to be really careful. I had to pay ~50 Euro to get my cell phone back without being reparid. They returned it only when they received the money. Make sure guarantee applied to your phone before sending them the phone by DHL. You are gonna pay for everything.
