Visited for purchase of keyboard and laptop holder. The staff is very friendly and extremely supportive. Even though I am not very fluent with German, staff provided info in English.
The staff who are supposed to help you find stuff or be consulted, appear unwilling to help. I went there to buy something from their display. I approached two of them who were just chatting with each other, and she told me to ask someone else, who proceeded to pretend he didn’t hear me and seem to run away. I got frustrated from being passed around so I left and came back another day. I approached one of them, who again pretended he didn’t hear me, and only after i waited for a couple of minutes right in front of him did he walk up to the item i wanted to purchase and handed it to me (all without even saying a word). On the other hand, the cashier who is an older woman was very nice, she noticed just how tried to put the box in my bag and it didn’t fit so she offered to find a proper bag for me.
This would be best shopping experience I ever had in Germany. I bought a Bluetooth wireless headphones from Saturn and after 30 days it’s switch cover started peeling off. I thought I will contact the manufacturer (Philips) but I could not locate the bill then I went to Saturn and they gave a duplicate bill, then they replaced the headphones without any questions. I bought two more headphones! Thanks to the management and the staff for doing fair business.
You are the best customer until you want to return some stuff, so rude and arrogant staff, while returning some stuff wanted to take a picture of the receipt for my records, the woman got mad, and suggested me to delete the photo (of course I did not), and started to talk in german to herself in anger. The old man at checkout desk also couldn’t manage to say hello and goodbye. Will avoid this place at all cost including their online shop.
Horribly bad customer service, came in with the intention on buying a specific smart watch they had. But the staff sermingly beeing annoyed by any contect to a customer, i decided not to bother them and rather wait a few days and order off amazon.
