Apple Store Cologne is sleek and well-organized, with helpful staff ready to assist. I purchased a Lightning cable here; while the product quality is great, prices are noticeably higher than in the US, which was a bit disappointing. However, the overall experience was smooth, and the store is well-stocked with Apple products and accessories. If you’re in Cologne and need an Apple item, this store will have what you need – just expect a slight price difference.
Title: Excellent Apple Support & Seamless Experience
I’ve always loved the Apple ecosystem for its seamless integration and premium experience. Recently, I encountered an issue with my rear camera (iPhone 15 Pro Max), which had a defect. I claimed it under warranty, and Apple Support handled the situation flawlessly. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a hassle-free solution. The entire process was smooth, and the staff was extremely helpful.
This experience reinforced my trust in Apple’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend their products and support! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had some great experiences at this Apple Store! Everyone was super helpful, but I have to give a special mention to Denis—he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and just made the whole process smooth. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers, and that kind of service makes all the difference. He deserves a raise! Will come again.
Apple Store Schildergasse, Cologne – Very Disappointing Experience!
Apple Store Schildergasse in Cologne is by far the most hostile, unfriendly, unprofessional, and racist store I have ever purchased from. I know it sounds bold and emotional, but hear me out.
On January 12, I placed an online order for a MacBook Pro 14″ and picked it up in Düsseldorf on January 20. Unfortunately, the next day I discovered a manufacturing flaw: the underside panel was dented and oddly shaped, clearly a manufacturing defect. I returned the device on the same day and received a full refund, for which I am thankful to Apple.
However, to date, no goodwill gestures such as a gift card or promo code have been offered. I spoke with seven different employees by phone, all of whom said I should resolve the issue in the store.
On January 29, I drove to Apple Store Schildergasse and requested a meeting with the customer support manager. A rude lady at the entrance repeatedly asked about the reason for my visit. A colleague came, without greeting me, he asked about my problem. After I explained everything, he said there was nothing he could do for me and that I should contact online. Despite my explanation that I had already spoken to seven people, he was absolutely unwilling to help and kept walking away.
I returned to ask for his name, but he refused and claimed it was confidential. His colleague then introduced herself as his manager, which was obviously not true.
Not only was I treated like trash, completely neglected and ignored, but the employees also refused to provide their real names so that I could file a complaint.
I am a regular customer of this store and have purchased several Apple products in the last four months. Is this how you treat a loyal customer?
The online support was nice, but they kept sending me from one person to another and asking me to visit the store. However, the store itself treated me poorly and lied to me.
In addition to these issues, I had another disappointing experience when purchasing an iPhone. I waited 20 minutes for a screen protector to be applied to my phone. There were no customers before me, but suddenly the employees started helping customers who spoke German instead of English. I was treated completely unfairly.
I strongly recommend choosing a different Apple store in Cologne.
Not helpfull staff. Today I was the 3 rd customer , they send to the iphone table and helped other customers, then started to sell to others and I still waiting. Ehen I asked for assitance to buy a Iphone 16 pro the person could not help me . Some minutes later I see him seeling an iphone to others that came in after me. When he came to assist me , I told him and with bad tone , he told me I have to by patient. Terrible
Avoid It
