I bought a new Apple Watch 9 from this store, it comes with an arm band. I have no idea there has two different size to Choose, S/M or M/L. The salesman didn’t ask me which size I use nor offer any advice, just gave me the M/L size, which is too big for me. Until I speak to my friend about the watch, whom told me that there has two size, which you can choose from. I contact to the shop afterwards, he didn’t offer any opportunity to fix the problem. Only said, the arm band already open, can’t change for the new one! Nowadays with this kind of service, which is NO GO for me, I will not to go there to shop again! Clearly this shop only look at the dollar signs, after the deal done, no customer service at all!
Bought an iwatch for a Christmas present. Showed a shopping assistant the colour and model I wanted. Unfortunately, the assistant sold a different colour. Realised it as soon as the box was opened. The watch not used, not paired with any other device, however the shop refused to change it to the colour I initially ordered.
Took my Macbook Pro for battery replacement here, and it literally came back like this. (Top Case exchanged)
Edit: Just got there and it was fixed free of charge (changed from 1 to 3 stars).
Amazing experience. I have had a problem with my airpods pro couple of months after purchasing it and they changed both airpods for free.
Nobody was interested in selling apparently.
