They cheat customers. From last 4 years, I was paying extra and buying goods direct from Samsung Germany irrespective of the fact that prices for same product were much less in Amazon, Kaufland, MediaMart. I did trade in this time for old phone for S25 Ultra I bought because I had no use of it, they never sent instructions to return, never sent return code – and after a month they sent an email saying that now you have to pay for trade in product. What a good way of rewarding a customer who trusted them – Customers pay for their fault. Such a big cheat I never experienced – never again in life from them. Thanks for rewarding in this way to a loyal customers who had been paying more by directly buying from you in hope of better services.
First, they messed up my order:
I ordered the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, but they sent me the Buds 3 Pro instead. Being a decent person, I sent them back. In return, I was told that the Buds 2 Pro were no longer available.
The second screw-up was when they lost customer data.
Terrible service and reputation for Samsung.
I purchased a second hand S24 ULTRA and they blocked it after using it for almost two months. They say that it was stolen. Despite sending them proof that I purchased it from a recognized seller in Germany, they keep blocking the phone and now it’s useless! They keep sending me back to the seller, even if they know that I am not in the country where I bought it from. Are they punishing the thief or the genuine customer in this case?
The worst customer service ever !!! Unfriendly answers, very slow response and nothing professional. I could have spoken to a machine, it would have been better to be honest. I had my Samsung Fold 4 repaired due to warranty the first time, and immediately after arriving another problem appeared due to the wrong first repair. They did not fully take responsibility and put the blame on me and never offered me a real solution or compensation. I raised the request to VoC (Voice of Customer) and it took longer again, and the final solution was that I must pay 560 euros because suspiciously I damaged the folding mechanism which they gave me for free the first time. I was expecting more from them as they represent Samsung in Germany. Finally, I would not buy again a folding phone from Samsung until the technology is well developed, my phone last less than 1.5 years. And of course, I do not reccomend this customer service team in the DE region.
Worst customer support ever. Lost my order, don’t care about it. Don’t want to contact the shipping company DHL. Don’t react to support tickets, just close them. Tried to reach out to the German ceo by linkedin, no responding. Going to switch to some new brand like Apple, Google or xiaomi.
