Mein Euronics.
So far we have had almost exclusively negative experiences at Euronics in Lüdinghausen. On the one hand, this is due to what we perceive to be quite high prices, but above all due to the poor service.
The most recent example: We were in the market because of a current prospectus. Since the product we were looking for couldn’t be found on the shelf, we spoke to an employee. When we asked our question, we first got a rude response and then the information that the product was no longer in stock on the market.
Since the product was still offered at a special price online, we ordered online with delivery to the store (no shipping costs). We have received an order confirmation. Advised delivery time one to three days. When, after a week or so, we still hadn’t received a message that the product was ready for pickup at the store, we called them. After several hours and unsuccessful attempts, we were able to reach an employee who informed us that the product was no longer available and that the order should actually have been canceled. So I waited in vain. This can certainly only be partially blamed on the market, but good customer service simply works differently.
We were interested in televisions 14 days ago. We received very good and professional advice from Mr. Alexander Rotondaro. He didn’t force anything on us. My brother and I bought a 55 and 77 inch TV. There was also a soundbar. This makes shopping fun.
We received great advice and immediately purchased various devices. Finally a store where the employees have very good knowledge and can pass it on in an understandable way. Items that were not in stock were ordered very quickly. We found Mr. Lizor and Mr. Hahn particularly nice.
Thanks to the quick reaction of the store management, a very good telephone call and a subsequent personal conversation with the store manager, the situation was relaxed and I will remain a regular Euronics customer. I bought the television there after excellent advice from the store manager. I could also give it 5 stars, but since there was a very unpleasant incident, I decided to only give it 4. I will avoid the seller in question on future visits. There are enough salespeople there, all of whom are competent and friendly.
Lost a regular customer… we moved to Münsterland about 1.5 years ago. Since we always buy our electrical/electronic devices from specialist retailers, we chose Euronics in Lüdighausen after the move. Since then we have always received friendly and professional advice and the price has always been right. Now we wanted to buy a second TV and came across a seller who was not affordable for us. We were there yesterday for an initial consultation and received 2 offers. We already noticed in the store that one of the offers was 100 euros more expensive than its competitor Mediamarkt, whereupon the salesperson made it clear to us that Euronics couldn’t keep up. We then drove home and saw on the Euronics homepage that LH was offered 70 euros cheaper than its last price. We then went back today and asked the seller to clarify this price irritation. As proof of the homepage price, we showed the seller a hard copy with the date and time. The salesman assumed that this was not true and became angry and loud. I then explained to the seller that apparently “we don’t have chemistry” and asked for another seller. The seller’s answer and I quote verbatim: “It doesn’t exist and besides, it would be the best.” I then asked for the manager of the house and was immediately answered: “He’s not there”. Finally he threatened to ban us from the house. I deliberately refrain from publishing the seller’s name here. I work in sales myself and ultimately this is my subjective impression.
But I would be happy if the management or management would give me the opportunity to talk.
