Today I had an unpleasant experience in this store and with its staff. I was looking for a new gaming chair and sat on two models that are in the shop and then wanted to know about their price but there was no price or details tag. I told one of the workers that I can’t find any price tag of these two chairs. All he provided was one word “500” with a very unfriendly face. I asked if both of them have the same price he said yes. Only two words spent for a not only potential costumer but also a frequent one.
However, NOT all of the staff are like that and were very helpful for my previous purchases.
About two months ago, I went to Saturn electronics store , I wanted to buy a mobile phone on a contract basis. Fortunately, I met a kind and friendly employee named Mr. Rocco, and with the help of this kind person, I was able to buy an iPhone 14 Promax with an Apple Watch Ultra. I intend to buy it. Thank you very much to Mr. Rocco. I wish him the best. I hope to meet you soon❤️
Last week I bought my AirPods Pro. I really felt like I own that place as a costumer. I mean the way they deal with the costumers is really professional. The employee came to me and asked what I want then he gave me what I wanted and took it to the register he said “just follow me let me I will take care of everything” and HE DID!!! thanks #Rocco for your help that was really nice and PROFESSIONAL. PS: He speaks (#ROCCO) I think at least 5 languages which is really WOW!!!!😍
I had a good experience. I was very well attended to by the staff. Tip for those who don’t speak German: the staff speaks English.
Good saturn. Has everything. Prices on e.g. Amazon still are cheaper and not sure how much expertise the store offers to compensate for the higher price, but this is of course a common problem for big retail brick and mortar stores.Had problem with item due to fault by an employee and they were helpful to compensate for the issue and for that I’m grateful. Doesn’t accept credit cards (even online). Another common theme with stores here, but regardless still annoying.
