I’ve been to this shop a few times and as an English speaking person attempting to learn Deutsch, I didn’t feel out of place or unsure of the service I received. Every employee was helpful and answered my questions about the new iPads and iPhone. My phone is damaged and the tech people tried their best to fix it before confirming it is beyond repair, I have recommended this store to others and will continue to do so.
I was extremely hesitant to visit this store based on the Google reviews, and the fact that I’m an English-speaking non-German. However, I decided to visit to purchase a new iPad and Magic Keyboard, and was promptly greeted upon entry. I was delighted that the employee spoke great English and attended to my needs rather quickly. I will likely visit this store again in the future. Kudos to the team!
Attention to the client equals zero! Very bad service, having a simple question, you call for ours, waiting in endless loops, for nothing. Apple really starts to suck!
Even though I missed my appointment because I couldn’t park my car for a long time, the employees found another one very quickly and could replace battery in my iPhone the same day. Everybody is very friendly and professional. Thanks!
Worse Apple store ever experienced. The staff here are just rude and snobbish. I picked up an online order of iphone 16 and wanted to return to the shop to buy a case. The staff told me I have to queue, fine, I queued for twenty minutes, and another staff came and asked me why do i want to go to the apple store, I replied that I just want to have a look. He seemed unhappy and told me I could wait for 2 hours just for having a look. Come on, I was next in line to get into the shop. Basically they just want to kick customers out of their store!! btw, for picking up my order also didn’t went well, they were over booked and until they closed the shop people are still queueing to collect their orders. I have to come the next day again to pick up my order. Why do you even have an online booking system then??
