I went to the store to check out Dyson vacuum cleaners with the intention of leaving with one. I don’t like the way they have them displayed, unorganized, messy, some testing vacuums weren’t even working. For such a high priced item I would care more about the display. So, I left with all my money. Other than that, they have stuff you might need like in every other electrics store. Pick up for pre ordered items was easy.
I’m a loyal Saturn customer. I’ve purchased Tablets, Cellphones, Big Screen TV, Sound🔉 system, etc… Since the move in Karlsruhe city I’ve noticed a big change in the Customer service.. It has declined in quality. I see many workers concerned with private conversations or just simply not approaching potential customers. You can not judge a potential customer based upon how a customer looks. I made the experience myself. I purchased a new TV📺 from a new young salesman who approached me, while his co-worker ignored me to flirt younger workers who in the end purchased nothing..
Dienstleistung/Customer service is very important to a serious company.

Brand new acer laptop has many problems. Just got fixed for a second time. I told them I am leaving country, I was given a spare one but I couldn’t go to pick up my laptop as soon as was ready and I got told I will get charged for it. Never again saturn never again acer….
I like Saturn 🙂 a big umbrella of products for almost everything at home… I mean kitchen appliances to all gadgets. And I was here on a week day specially for a service of an online bought product and not for regular shopping (i usually goto their Europa platz branch) . The service was awesome, the lady at the counter listened to us and helped with the query perfectly. Also she was speaking good English. All in all a good experience and in general the Durlach center has quite some shopping stalls like DM, Decathlon, Ernstings n family and also the super charging station in the campus,so you can plan well and get the most for your shopping, lastly next to the Autobahn.
We needed a refrigerator in a hurry. Staff was very helpful and met our needs promptly. Good selection to choose from.
