There was a moment when there were long lines, and only one employee was managing the crowd. Another employee arrived later to help, although it seemed that this could have been done earlier
I wasn’t in a rush and was browsing the store for about 30 minutes, and eventually, the line got shorter. It didn’t matter much to me, but if I had been in a hurry, it would have been unpleasant.
The overall experience with the staff was good and pleasant. I interacted with 3-4 employees, and in all cases, I would say that the service was good and friendly
The purchase of the iPhone went smoothly. Afterward, I came in for a pre-scheduled appointment (as an employee told me that for my issue with the earbud, I needed to make an appointment through the app). I needed to replace the earbud due to a noise-canceling issue. After checking and discussing, they replaced the earbud under warranty. Overall, I waited about 30-40 minutes for this, which was fine, especially considering that the employee apologized for the wait
Do not buy their over expensive Belken screen protectors. I had my broken within a month. The ones on Amazon are much better
following my visit to your office on April 23, 2025. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved, and I was left feeling disrespected and humiliated by the manner in which I was treated.
Initially, I was assisted by three German staff members who later referred me to a colleague working in sales, whom I understand to be of Arab background( he hide his ID). Upon approaching him, I was not given the opportunity to explain the reason for my referral. Despite my polite attempts to communicate, he responded dismissively and abruptly suggested that I perform a bank check to determine loan eligibility—without first understanding my concerns.
What troubled me most was the contrast in his behavior toward me compared to how he interacted with other clients. As a Black person, I could not help but feel that I was treated differently due to my race. This experience was deeply disheartening and felt both inhumane and humiliating.
I believe every client deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure fair and respectful service for all.
I was excellently advised by a young woman (A***?) who explained various Apple products to me very well, without drifting into technical jargon. This totally convinced me of the purchase, and I‘m still very happy with my iPad and my watch.
Security guys were somewhat unpleasant, but that’s not the staff‘s fault.
After several visits for different products and services it is clear to me that the staff is much more attentive when you make an appointment in advance. When we went to buy a product, everything was extremely rushed and we felt like we were overloading the system by making a purchase even when we only went for the purchase, with a clear decision. The overall customer experience is not ideal.
