If you like to buy electronics at low cost, you should visit SATURN. I will recommend doing home research before going to buy in SATURN. So many options from so many companies.
Product selection at any Saturn/MediaMarkt is just not good.
Half the store is just appliances, which is not what I’d be looking for in a tech store.
No PC-Parts at all, only badly priced Prebuilds, all charging gear or storage is made by random overpriced brands like “hama” or “intenso” and not by relieable brands like Ugreen or Anker.
0 Star Product selection, but 2 stars because they have good support and know what they’re talking about, mostly. Bought my iPhone here.
Also, since when can you not try out most gaming keyboards? Isn’t that the point of gaming keyboards?
I’m not gonna lie. I came to germany 1 month ago, and i lived in sweden before. This is the first time seeing people being so disrespectful to customers.
I ask for help from the employees and they say wait we will finish helping this person and then we will come, then they finish and take another one, we ask the same employee he/she says wait, and it happened 5 times i was just standing there waiting for 30 mins.
Then in another time i came and wanted to buy a phone with a monthly payment, i gave my passport and papers, the woman took them and said wait i will eat and come back, we had to wait 1 hour lunch and 30 mins break then she came back to us and there is no chairs to sit and wait we had to stand there like pillars. Media markt is better in my opinion, i would pay to travel to a media markt and not come here not gonna lie, and as previously said by a fellow costumer, they act as if they dont speak english but even when i say something in english they start explaining about it in german (i understand like 1 word from every sentence because swedish is a bit close to german). You tell me, how is it possible they dont know english when they answer my questions in german?
I had a really bad experience with returning a keyboard. Cashier was just rude and nationalist. She could perfectly understand me, was really angry at me just because I dont speak German. Didint understand a lot of things that she tried to explain me, and didint answer my question. One of the worst experiences in Germany yet.
Good amd the largest store for electronics and household equipment.
They have online and in store buying options.
