Better avoid! Bad service, unfriendly staff and too pricey!
I personally had my phone repaired there, and luckily they even had the display for my iPhone 12 in stock. Within 2 hours I had my device back in top condition. I was even offered two options: an original display or a cheaper alternative from another well-known manufacturer. I chose the cheaper option and everything has been working perfectly for 4 months.
Staff friendly but: Nobody wears a protective mask, neither employees nor customers. Card payments are only reluctantly accepted and, if at all, only EC cards. The employees can hardly use the card machine. So please, in a telephony shop in 2020, every card must be accepted without any problems
Good advice and offers!
I traded in my broken cell phone here and got a great Lumina!
You also get a new prepaid card.
Will go again.
Soldering in the SIM card holder took 6 weeks. If I don’t plug in the USB cable it works again. The vibration alarm is defective. Next time I’ll save the €80 and throw the phone in the bin before I bring it there again.
